Job Overview
Amenida Senior Community is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead the growth of our newly renovated senior living community in Calgary, Alberta. This is a new position created to support the expansion of our community. The main responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve 100% occupancy at Amenida.
- Attract prospective residents, conduct tours, and finalize agreements.
- Implement strategies to ensure high resident retention rates.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop proactive response strategies.
- Create and execute annual and quarterly sales, community engagement, and marketing plans.
- Manage inquiries and maintain detailed records (tours, sales calls, contact information, etc.).
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure readiness for new residents.
- Build strong relationships within the local community (hospitals, churches, and organizations) to enhance outreach efforts.
- Deliver presentations to professionals and service clubs to drive interest in the community.
- Prepare weekly reports to track progress and share plans with the team.
- Organize marketing materials and resident packages.
- Stay informed about market trends (demographics, lifestyle changes, etc.) and provide feedback.
- Create marketing content and manage social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Korean and English is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior living or retirement industry.
- Passion for building connections within the local community.
- Experience in direct communication with seniors and their families.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and group presentations.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, professionalism, and quality service.
Preferred Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
- Proven ability to network and build community relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 CAD
