Police district office 나 RCMP office 에서는 안하나요? 3년전에 NE 에 있는 RCMP office 인가 police office 인가 (not sure) 에서 받았는데요. 다운타운 가까이에서 발급받을수 있는곳이 혹시 있나해서 질문해봤어요. 없나보네요!
